Just had a little chat with the Coach where we set my goal for April’s half marathon.
It’s scary. I’d say I don’t know if I can do it, but that would be breaking the rules. You see, he said to acheive this I just need to do a few very simple things: do every workout exactly as he tells me to, plaster the goal all over the place so I see it all the time/tell everyone what it is, and most importantly, believe I can do it.
So this is me fulfilling his wishes. 1:47. I’m going to be a 1:47 half marathoner in April.
Time to believe it.
